One of two suspects accused of luring a man to his death and attempting to lure another with a Craigslist ad is in custody.
A 16-year-old boy has been charged with one count of attempted murder and one count of complicity to attempted murder according to a news release from Noble County Sheriff Stephen Hannum and Noble County Prosecutor Clifford Sickler.
The juvenile taken into custody was arrested Wednesday in Summit County.
On Friday, Noble County Judge John W. Nau issued a gag order in the case.
